To sensitize the students about wildlife conservation and the importance of protecting elephants, BVM Sr. Sec. School, Sec. 39 organized a series of awareness activities under Project Elephant.
The students of Classes II to V pledged wearing elephant masks during the morning assembly with congregation.
A rally and street play was organized in the campus by the students wearing elephant masks with banners to disseminate the message of conservation. A short video on Project Elephant was screened for students of Class VII in the conclave. A painting competition was organized for the students of Classes IX to XII in the school as per instructions, and the best painting was submitted to the given CBSE address.
Congratulating the BVMITES for participating enthusiastically in the pledge, rally, and creative activities, Principal, Ms. Upasna Modgil asserted, "Elephants are not just majestic creatures, they are an integral part of our ecosystem and heritage. Through Project Elephant, we aim to instill in our students a sense of responsibility towards wildlife conservation."
The school also shared all activity reports, banners, and competition entries via the official CBSE Google Drive link provided for the competition.
